Wanderful Workshop on the Go
I had the great opportunity to travel to New England in June for a friend's wedding. It was an amazing girls' weekend with another friend, my daughter, and me. We packed a whole lot of fun into the four days we stayed in Maine: a day trip to Boston, a day trip to the Yankee Candle Village in MA, a visit to a charming lighthouse, and lots and lots of "lobstah" rolls and "chowdah."
I took a million pictures (give or take), so I decided to go through my stash of scrapbooking supplies to make some pages to showcase the pictures. I landed on the Wanderful Workshop on the Go. I love the travel-themed papers, and the WOTG makes it so easy to make gorgeous pages. All the thinking and planning is done for me, and all the materials (except for ink) are included in the kit. There are some amazing kits coming in the new Annual Inspirations, so be on the lookout for more!
Here is the first layout from the workshop. In addition to the main layout, there is also a second layout featured, too. I'm working on that one now and will post in a few days. I used the Cricut Artbooking cartridge on this layout, but there is also an option to make the layout without Cricut. CTMH Cricut cartridge sets now come with cardstock rather than dimensional elements plus three coordinating stamp sets.

Artbooking - Be Still My Heart!
Every year, CTMH manages to top last year's Cricut cartridge even though it seems like it just can't get any better. This year's cartridge is no exception. Artbooking definitely makes scrapbooking simpler, faster, and easier! This amazing cartridge has hundreds of images including complete two-page layouts and numerous mini scrapbooks. How fun! Mine arrives tomorrow (stalking the FedEx guy . . .), so the fun will commence! I have to confess that my heart beats just a little faster when I think about using this amazing product. Be watching for a fun weekly blog hop during August featuring projects made using the Artbooking cartridge. You will be inspired!
Check out all the images on the PDF file below. I have gone through it several times and see something new every time! I'm accepting pre-orders now and will place your order on August 1. Like all CTMH Cricut cartridges, it comes with three sheets of Dimensional Elements and three stamp sets. It's a great deal at $99! Pre-order from now until July 31, and I will include free shipping on the cartridge! Click the button below to place your pre-order.

Mustache Treats
This week's challenge at Heart2Heart Challenges is anything to do with mustaches! I remembered these fun treats I made at Halloween and decided to share them.
For another idea, check out my mustache card here.
I cut the mustaches using the Cricut Artiste cartridge, then taped each mustache to an individually wrapped Twizzler. They turned out so cute, and the trick or treaters LOVED them! I got some of the cutest reactions and giggles. These only took me less than an hour to put together and were so fun. Even the big "kids" I work with enjoyed the leftovers the day after Halloween!

Happy Valentine's Day!
Thanks for counting down with me! Here is my grand finale - the display tray. I apologize for the quality (or lack thereof!) of the picture. It's late, and the lighting is not great.
I used a variety of papers and stamp sets. I tried to add a little bling to every section. My secret with this board? I fastened each section in using our little hook and loop circles! I will be able to switch out the sections each season. Happy Valentine's Day!

Countdown to Valentine's Day - Day 11 - Mailbox
One of the things I love the most about the Artiste Cricut cartridge is the option to make so many 3-D items like this mailbox. It was SO easy to make. The pieces are sized so they work together based on the size you select; you don't have to figure out how big to make the flag, for example. I selected the mailbox at 3"; the flag and tab were sized accordingly. Super easy! I cut out two mailboxes then cut out the front on the second mailbox for a contrasting paper on the front of the mailbox.
Who wouldn't want to receive this filled with sweet treats!

Countdown to Valentine's Day - Day 10: I Mustache You . . .
I "Mustache" You - Will You Be Mine? Corny - yes! But I think it's fun, too. I'm not sure where the mustache trend started, but I'm glad CTMH got on board! The 'staches on this card were cut using Cricut Artiste. This was a fast, simple card to make.
Update: I submitted this card for the Heart 2 Heart Challenge "We Mustache You to Join!" in March 2013!

Wedding Display Tray
I got to play with some of the new products in the upcoming Spring/Summer Idea Book, and I have to say - I'm in love! There are some gorgeous products, and I'm having so much fun creating! I have been wanting to do something special with some photos of my daughter's wedding, and this weekend I created this little display to take to work. It came together really quickly, and I am so pleased with the result!
I used some new products: the 5 x 7 Hinged Display Tray, For Always paper, and some new sparkles. All of these products will be available 2/1. The paper roses and leaves are made using the Artiste Cricut cartridge. Love! For some visual variety, I raised some of the photos using 3D foam tape.
The opening sizes on the display tray are 5 x 3 1/2 inches (large opening) and 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches (small openings). I see lots of gifts in the future using this little gem!
